Ohtu Street - Parnu Old Town - Estonia

Ohtu Heritage House

Ohtu means evening in Estonian - the view from the balcony, every single day.

A genuine piece of old Pärnu — a place where the history of the old city still feels close.

Õhtu Heritage House is right beside the ancient Vallikäär park and the historic Tallinn Gate. This two-floor, antique-style decorated home sits in a wonderfully central spot. You are just a one-minute stroll from the cafes on Rüütli street, yet in a peaceful corner of the old town. It is your simple base, filled with character allowing you to explore everything Pärnu has to offer.

The space

Step inside and the city slows down.

Õhtu Heritage House is a small house with real character — decorated in a classic antique style, with warm wood and the kind of atmosphere that no modern apartment can replicate.

Spread across two floors in the heart of Pärnu historic old city, it sleeps up to four adults, or three adults and two children with the sofa bed.

The ground floor is an open space: a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machines, toaster and a complete set of cookware and utensils. A separate toilet is also on this floor.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has a double bed and a single bed, with a bathroom and shower.

The upper floor captures the afternoon sun, remaining bright and cosy through the evening.

A small private balcony opens off the upper floor, facing Vallikäär Park — with the Tallinn Gate visible to your left. A lovely spot for a morning coffee or a lazy afternoon seating and staring at the wondering passerby.

Downstairs, for guests who need an extra bed, a sofa in the living area converts comfortably for one adult or two children.

Outside the front door, Rüütli street is one minute on foot — lined with restaurants, terraces, bars and shops, and alive with summer atmosphere. The Concert Hall, home to internationally renowned festivals throughout the season, is a short walk.
